Current Positions: Posted August 2009 Position Technical Support Technician Salary Dependent on experience Location Whitwood, Castleford West Yorkshire Hours 37.5, Mon-Fri       PCTI require a motivated individual to join a team of technical support staff. The role will be varied, primarily involving application support via the telephone to our growing user base. As a minimum, the ideal candidate will have the following qualities: • Excellent Telephone Manner • Confident using computers and software The position suits someone looking to start a career within the IT sector. A sound knowledge of Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP/Vista, networking is desirable.  Knowledge of database technology would be advantageous although not essential.  Full training will be provided.  To apply, please see information at the top of this page.
