GPs: iWorkflow reduces the number of clicks required for each workflow, and
enables GPs to assign ‘Quick Steps’ to reduce interactions further.

Practices on PCTI's Standard Support package can install and deploy iWorkflow
for free using an extensive selection of training guides and videos.
Practices on PCTI's Basic Support package will be required to
upgrade to our Standard Support
package.
Training
A video and documented
guide will enable you to quickly and easily install iWorkflow and train your practice on
iWorkflow.
Alternatively a practice can purchase a comprehensive one
day training package. Training will consist of all the areas
within iWorkflow, tailored for different departments in the practice. The day
will include document creation and processing of workflows, to management of
iWorkflow and maintenance sessions.

completely tailored to your practice from start to finish, helping your practice
get the most out of the training. This will improve efficiencies and help you to
achieve and maintain best practice with iWorkflow straight away.
