In order to log a technical support call, you
must have a current maintenance contract.
If you have a pre-sales technical query, please call the sales team on 01977 66 44 96. Please note the sales team cannot answer queries where software has already been installed. Docman 7 users (non INPS or Scottish users) are encouraged to use the integrated support call logging and tracking mechanism that is built into the software (manage support calls option on the main menu). This enables calls to be entered directly into our support system where as this form sends an email to our support team which can mean a slower response. Important: INPS users of Docman 7 and Docman users in Scotland should first read the notes regarding specific support arrangements here Simply complete the form below and click send. Please include a brief description of the problem so that we can work on your problem straight away. A member of our support team will then contact you on the phone number you have provided to deal with your problem. In certain cases they may also send a reply by email if they cannot reach your or the solution to your problem is easy to follow.
