iWorkflow Training

iWorkflow training is a comprehensive one-day training and consultancy package. It is completely tailored to your practice and covers in detail all the areas within iWorkflow, personalised for each user within your practice.

The day will consist of document creation and processing workflows, through to the management of iWorkflow.  This will increase efficiencies and help you to achieve and maintain best practice with iWorkflow, right from the start.

Who should attend?

This is a beginners course for all practice staff using workflow including clinicians. The admin staff who carry out scanning and filing, appointments and other actions from documents. Clinicians who deal with their daily post and view patient documents. IT Maintainers to set up the system.

Delegates need to have a basic understanding of Docman.

Objectives

By the end of the course the delegates will be able to:

  • Understand the possibilities and potential of iWorkflow
  • File documents with iWorkflow
  • Action the daily post as a Clinician and/or Admin user
  • Maintain your iWorkflow system, including set-up quick steps and actions
  • Go live with iWorkflow

Course Details

Onsite Training - This full-day hands-on course runs from 10:00 until 16:00.  A maximum of 6 delegates per onsite course unless a projector is available in a suitable room. 

Seminar Training - This course is also available as a seminar.  Seminar style offers a range of benefits, as practices can bounce ideas around and your full attention is gained by being away from the practice. There is also a significant cost saving.

Course Content

Creating Workflow
This session will require the attendance of key members of staff that will carry out the daily scanning and filing process. This will be for existing scanning/filing staff.

Processing Workflow (Clinical Staff)
This session will focus on the training of Clinical staff how to process iWorkflow. There will be a question and answer session at the end.

Workflow (Admin)
This session will focus on the training of Admin staff, how to process workflows from Clinicians and actioning documents as requested.

Maintaining workflows
This session will focus on the training of System Administrators, how to maintain the workflow system, creating templates, actions, quick steps, etc.

System Setup
This session will focus on going live with your iWorkflow system. You will configure your live system and discuss best practices for your particular surgery. There will also be a question and answer session if required.
